Refund / Return Policy

• All orders placed with House of Vishvatej are final. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

• No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

• In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability or unforeseen delays from our end, the order may be cancelled and only a credit voucher will be issued.

• Credit vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on House of Vishvatej. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

• Customer-initiated cancellations are not permitted. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order is delayed beyond the promised delivery timeline, and in such cases, only a credit voucher will be issued.
