Shipping Policy

• Dispatch Timelines

  • Ready to Dispatch items are shipped within 3–7 working days.

  • Pre-order items are dispatched within 18–25 working days.

  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

  • Items may shift from Ready to Dispatch to Pre-order based on availability of sizes or colors.

• Delivery Timelines

  • After dispatch, delivery may take 4–8 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

• Shipping Information & Tracking

  • Shipping details are displayed in the cart section before checkout.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.

• Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong address, pincode, or mobile number), the customer must bear:

    • Return shipping charges, and

    • Re-shipping charges (if resending is requested).

  • If the customer chooses not to reship the order, only a credit voucher will be issued after deducting the shipping charges incurred.

• Damaged Parcels

  • If a parcel is damaged during transit:

    • Only the shipping amount will be credited back.

    • If the item is damaged beyond use, a credit voucher equivalent to the order value will be issued for future purchases.

• Pre-Order Delays – Customer Options

If a pre-order item is delayed, customers may choose one of the following:

• 1. Replace the order with items from the Ready to Dispatch category. Any price difference will be adjusted via credit voucher only.

     OR

  2. Receive a credit voucher valid for 3 months for future purchases.

• No Return / No Cancellation / No Refund Policy

  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on any orders placed.

  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

  • Any compensation, if applicable, will be provided only in the form of a credit voucher.
